At Destiny Software, I wrote reference, set up, and administration manuals for a web-based forms routing system.
For MSN Direct for Windows Mobile, I compiled user feedback and anticipated questions about the application. I also created a FAQ.
At Windows Mobile consumer publications, I wrote topics on security, Microsoft ActiveSync, and Windows Mobile Device Center (WMDC). I also developed processes for a startup user assistance team using new proprietary tools.
As an example of my skill at writing for a developer and IT audience, I created SDK documentation for the image editor I created in my last quarter of my one-year C++ Programming Certification.
